We've tried to make our tariffs and the booking process as simple as possible
for our guests. We also appreciate that you want to pay securely and with peace
of mind, and that's why we accept Credit and Debit cards for online payments
through Paypal. This is a quick and easy process, and means that you can choose
a specific week online, and book and pay for it there and then!
To check on availability and to view tariffs for specific weeks, all you have to
do is refer to our availability page. If the week you want is still available, just
click on the button against your week, and this will allow you to
book and pay online.
If you would prefer not to pay online, we do accept cheques and you should e-mail us in the first instance. We will
endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours either by e-mail or telephone - just state your preference. If you'd prefer us to
phone, then it is best if you can provide us with a phone number where you can be contacted in the evening, or a mobile
number.
A few things to note..............
Our tariffs are quoted commencing on a Saturday.
Other than by special arrangement, to allow us to ensure Bruach Cottage is cleaned and prepared to the very highest of
standards:
~ Occupation will normally commence between 4 p.m. and 5p.m. on start date
~ Departure will normally be no later than 10 a.m. on end date
Our Terms of Hire
Availability - if the property cannot be made available due to circumstances
outwith our control, liability will be limited to a full refund of money already paid;
Breakages - all breakages must be reported and paid for;
Deposit - a non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure a booking;
Balance - payment in full is required no later than four weeks prior to start date;
Insurance - cancellation etc. insurances are the responsibility of the hirer;
Occupancy - maximum occupancy is four persons (plus one small dog subject to prior arrangement - see under);
Parking - parking available on lane opposite cottage at vehicle owners risk -
NB: not suitable for very large vehicles, but public parking is readily available nearby;
Payment - Our preferred method of payment is by Credit / Debit card online using Paypal system.
Otherwise, in sterling, by cheque or banker's draft for phone / e-mail bookings. Booking will
only be considered complete once deposit payment has been cleared;
Pets - one small dog by prior arrangement only - a small charge will apply;
Smoking - Bruach Cottage is strictly no smoking;
Bookings - telephone and e-mail bookings will be held for one week pending booking form and deposit;
