The Lounge
This room is on the ground floor and runs from front to rear. A small window overlooks the
lane to the front, with full height windows to the rear and a glazed door to the courtyard
ensuring the room has plenty of natural light. The lounge has ample seating, plus a wide flat
screen TV with satellite channels and an integrated DVD. The bookcase has a small collection
of DVDs and books. There is a collection of local photographs and original watercolour
paintings.
The Dining Kitchen
The other ground floor room, this also runs all the way from front to rear, and has windows
overlooking both the lane and the courtyard to the hills beyond. There is a cooker with double
oven, grill and ceramic hob, washing machine / tumble dryer, fridge / freezer, microwave and
everything else you are likely to need including a 'Sheila Maid' for hanging wet clothes to
dry. All pots, pans, dishes, cutlery etc are provided along with ample tea towels.
The Double Bedroom
On the first floor, this is a nice sized room with coombed ceilings giving loads of character.
There is a window to the side, overlooking the lane. There is a double bed, a large wardrobe
with drawer for additional storage, bedside cabinets, a dressing table and stool and a wall
mounted flat screen TV. The decor is in neutral shades, with contrasting Black Watch Tartan
soft furnishings.
The Twin Bedroom
Also on the first floor, this room has twin divan beds and a coombed ceiling at one end, with
a window overlooking the lane. There is hanging space, a large chest of drawers, a bedside
cabinet and a built in bookcase.
Decor is in neutral shades, with contrasting Lindsay Tartan soft furnishings.
The Shower Room & Landing
The landing has a built-in seat outside the shower room door. This large shower room has a
window to the rear, above the courtyard. The shower cubicle is big enough for two to share,
with combined rain shower and hand held or wall mounted spray head for a great shower
experience! The hot water is mains pressure. There is a WC and large basin with cabinet and
mirror above. Hanging space and towel rail. All towels provided.
